More Than an Image International & Domestic Photography

Guess where I am!!!

If you call this next week... and I don't answer for some reason, I'm not ignoring you!!! Most likely I have forgotten that cell phones exist! Ha! But I PROMISE... as soon as I realize that there is still some sort of reality among this paradise... I will get back to you!! :)

On a personal note...I THOROUGHLY look forward to enjoying this week and having some time off... In this line of business you shoot on the weekends and spend the days in between editing...  so an entire year goes by... and you realize you've hardly taken ONE day off! Well.. maybe one... but even thats stretchin' it! ;) Here is a little secret...(contrary to popular belief...) when you work for yourself... as much as people would like to believe you work when you want to... We really eat, sleep, dream, and breathe photography! So while I LOVE my job... I also LOVE my time off! (And it comes few and far between!!)  So thank you guys for letting me take some time to not think about work for a while! :) You guys are THE best clients...and FRIENDS ever!  (Can you blame me? If you were vacationing (below) would you want think about work... no matter how fun your job was? ;) If you say yes.. you are a fibber!) I'll be posting on the blog while I'm away as often as I can! Talk to you guys when I get back!

Casey & Mike! Thank you guys for a wonderful wedding! Everyone was so great! From Chicago, to California, to Mexico, to Texas... It was very evident that it was a solid group of people who truly love you guys!! Thank you for letting me be a part of your day!! Congratulations & Best Wishes again!!

Casey & Mike chose to see each other before the ceremony!! YAY! I love it when couples decide to do this!! It allows for so many great shots! AND we were able to do ALL formal portraits BEFORE the wedding!! Woo!! I highly encourage this!!

I love her laugh!! That smile was definitely contagious!

Lindi & Jonathan's Wedding!

I LOVE the ruffles on her dress!
I know this picture SEEMS random... but I saw it... and it was like taking a breath of freash air!! So I wanted to share! :) Sometimes life gets way too busy... and this little picture hanging on the wall reminded me to just embrace the "NOW!" :)

I just loved the natural-ness of both of these shots... Lindi & her mom both have an INCREDIBLE "laugh-smile!" It's one of those contagious ones! :)

Learning the iPhone already...  They look so intrigued!

Look at that detail in that center piece! Beautiful! Oh! And we can't forget the funky gift wrapping going on! Love it!

 

These two shots together just... give me goosebumps!  Do you see the way they are looking at each other! And the passion in that dip! :)

So...There's a little story behind this picture... They started the "Father-Daughter" dance to "Inspiration" by Chicago... and right in the middle broke out in "Tootsie Roll!" by the 69 Boyz! Haha.. It was.. Hi-lar-ious! Her dad could get down! You go Mr. Svajda!

Grandpa's got some moves too! Look at that! :)
